Next session starts April 2, 2018 — enroll now for early bird pricing and to secure your spot. This program WILL sell out!
Do you get confused and overwhelmed by the sheer volume of nutrition and fitness advice out there?
Have you ever googled something like “how much protein should I eat?” and gotten a million different answers from a million different sources? How do you know what’s correct, or who to trust?
Do you try to start a new fitness or nutrition program, only to get “stuck” in the planning phase, or lose your motivation after a week or two?
Are you frustrated with feeling deprived and uncomfortable, when all you want to do is lose a few (or more than a few) pounds?
Do you resort to crash dieting, cleanses, expensive shakes/meal replacements or extreme workouts to try and reach your goals?
Do you look in the mirror and dislike what you see? Do you want to just feel good in your skin?
Are you working your tail off in the gym and the kitchen, constantly weighing and measuring your food and yourself, but not getting the results you’re after?
Are you so overwhelmed with work and kids and family and finances and in-laws and laundry and relationships and stress and politics and life that you just throw your hands up in the air and give up on a healthier lifestyle?
We created BITE Foundations for you.
Listen, we have all been there. We are real people, just like you, with busy lives. Over our decades of experience in the fields of nutrition and fitness, we have gained enough knowledge and practical skill to fill several volumes. We have distilled that down to the essentials and built a 12-week program to walk you through it, step by step.
We’ve all heard some version of “diets don’t work”. Yet we continually go back to them. Why? Because sometimes they do work. Just not always for us, and not all the time. The problem is that most people lack the fundamental skills and tools that make diets work.
Our goal is to guide you through mastering foundational skills and habits so that you can succeed now and for years to come. What would it look like to stop continually resorting to the latest fad diet or program? How empowering will that be?
Our next session begins on April 2, 2018!
