My experience with BITE coaching has been life changing. Liz helped me come up with a plan that stops the roller coaster of counting and tracking and helped me learn habits that I can use throughout my life. When I need to cut, I can cut. When I need to adjust I can do that too. Her steady guidance helped me lose 10# this spring and keep it off, despite some major life challenges. I look at BITE not just as a diet, mindset, lifestyle group, but as friends I can trust to steer me in the right direction when I need it, provide a shoulder to cry on and a cheering section too. I cannot say enough positive things about all the people and the support I’ve received. I remember when I went away to college and my parents told me how important it was to build a support system; as an adult I think about that often. BITE has become part of my support system and I am grateful.
