Despite being a self-proclaimed former “junk food junkie”, Stephanie Grant has been interested in nutrition as long as she can remember. After seeing the power of good nutrition help to manage her daughter’s ADHD and her own Grave’s disease (an autoimmune disease which targets the thyroid), she became passionate about helping others develop a healthy lifestyle.
A former stockbroker by trade, Stephanie graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2005 from Northeastern State University. She is now a certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified coach. She has contracted in a Functional Medicine clinic to help patients learn new strategies for managing their health. From her personal and professional experience, she understands nutrition from both sides, as a client and as a coach.
Stephanie is active in her community, having served on the local school board and soccer board. In 2017, she traveled to Migori, Kenya for a Women’s Health Education Mission. She also regularly facilitates a financial/debt payoff course.
Stephanie’s clients are able to create lasting transformations through mindset, goal setting, stress management, nutrition and accountability. She seeks to be a catalyst for change, reaching people through her mission to improve the quality of life, health and mindset for frustrated clients who are tired of restrictive dieting.
