BITE Training Templates are 12-week strength training programs designed for all levels. Templates include:
- Three phases, four weeks per phase
- Three workouts per week in Phase 1 to establish proper technique
- Four workouts per week in Phase 2
- Five workouts per week in Phase 3 with increased difficulty
Workouts are a mix of straight sets and circuits, with LISS (low intensity stead-state) and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) work included. Warmups and stretching/mobility are also included with each workout, and includes homework to be completed for each session.
Training templates are fully supported via a private Facebook group headed up by Dan Webster. In this group, you can ask questions, post videos for review, and receive tips, support and accountability from Dan.
This outstanding training program would cost hundreds of dollars per month with an in-person trainer or coach. Since we can reduce the overhead costs associated with a traditional gym, we can deliver and support this program for a fraction of the cost.
You go to the gym on your time, not when your trainer has a time slot available. All the while, you are fully supported by an experienced and knowledgeable professional trainer.

BITE Training Templates are developed and supported by Dan Webster, currently the head programmer for CrossFit BC in Vancouver and owner of Titanium Fitness. He has been a personal trainer for nearly 20 years and has had the opportunity to positively influence the health and fitness of hundreds of people.
As a happily married father of 2, this 45-year-old is enjoying being in the best shape of his life. In recent years, he has competed in Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting and his favorite, Strongman. He is a friendly, passionate coach who enjoys taking the extra time and effort to help his athletes.
